The north bedroom exemplifies the use of rich color as seen in the decor and the cranberry red satin sheets on the queen-size bed. Antique chairs, with carved Indian heads and masterful window treatments, are only two of the bedroom's adornments. Portraits of Ms. Miller's ancestors hang majestically on the walls.

An adjoining private bathroom, although newly constructed, reflects the continued Victorian style with its design and decorations including a mirror left in the home from the original family. The walls have the original beaded pine boards discovered when renovation specialists removed years of McCardell wallpaper and plaster. Rich Egyptian cotton towels are uniquely displayed on an antique ladder.
